Welcome to FootieChamps' Football Program for ages 18 months to 7 years! We are excited to have your child join us on their journey to learn and enjoy the beautiful game of football. Please take a moment to review our Terms of Service, which outline the guidelines and expectations for participation in our program.
1.1. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for enrolling their child in the FootieChamps Football Program.
1.2. All participants must meet the age requirements specified for the program (ages 18 months – 7 years).
1.3. Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid in accordance with the club's registration process.
2.1. Pay As You Play: £9 per session. Payment must be made in advance to secure your child’s place.
2.2. Monthly Direct Debit: £28.50 per month. This guarantees your child a place in their weekly session.
2.3. Participants on the monthly subscription will automatically be enrolled in all sessions each month and will have priority booking.
2.4. To participate in the monthly subscription, you must sign up to the direct debit (message Coach Adam for these details).
3.1. If you are unable to attend a booked session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
3.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including on the day of the session) will not be refunded or transferred to another session.
3.3. The monthly payment guarantees your child’s place in their weekly session.
3.4. If your child is unable to attend a session, missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.
3.5. Special circumstances may be considered at the discretion of FootieChamps, but this is not guaranteed.
3.6. Direct debit memberships can be paused at any time, provided a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is given before the 1st day of the following month.
3.7. Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of FootieChamps in exceptional circumstances (e.g. session cancellation due to staff illness or venue unavailability).
4.1. Participants are expected to attend sessions regularly. Please notify the club in advance if your child cannot attend (via the Spond app).
4.2. Children should come dressed appropriately for football activities, including suitable footwear and attire.
4.3. Parents or guardians should ensure their child is adequately hydrated and has had any necessary snacks before/during participation.
4.4. Parents or guardians must remain present throughout the session.
4.5. To attend a session, you must register as “attending” via the Spond event invite. If unable to attend, please decline the invite.
5.1. All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
5.2. Parents and guardians are encouraged to support all participants and help create a positive, inclusive environment.
6.1. The safety of all participants is a top priority. Coaches will provide appropriate supervision during sessions.
6.2. Parents or guardians remain responsible for their child’s safety before, during, and after sessions.
6.3. Any injuries or accidents during sessions will be managed by the parent or guardian present. First aid equipment will be available.
7.1. FootieChamps will communicate important updates via email, the club website, or the Spond app.
7.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for keeping up to date with communications.
7.3. Parents or guardians are encouraged to contact coaches or administrators with any questions or concerns.
8.1. FootieChamps may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Advance notice will be given and consent requested via communication channels.
9.1. To withdraw your child, please notify the club via email (coachadam@footiechamps.com) or via the Spond app.
9.2. Upon withdrawal, you will be removed from the Spond group and your membership will end immediately.
10.1. FootieChamps reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
11.1. FootieChamps reserves the right to terminate participation in the program in the event of repeated breaches of these terms or disruptive behaviour.
By enrolling your child in FootieChamps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
